About Rev. Skye

You have taken the first step towards creating a better you just by visiting this site. !

A mind is like a labyrinth,  full of twists and turns , rather than walk through the maze within your mind alone why not let somone walk beside you...

Often discouraged by the quality of therapy given to so many, Skye decided to utilize her gift to listen and to easily read others.

With 2 years training in Alcohol & Substance abuse counseling, alongside 4 years of study within all areas of psychology, "Skye"  offers sound advice and guidence to all her clients.

Skye has the amazing gift of clairvoyance which has been a useful and effective tool to her and her clients. With a 98% accuracy rate, Skye will often incorperate her gift during her counseling sessions as an aid to better understand her client. This method has produced wonderful results.

Skye is also a member of the clergy and the author of the upcoming "Parenting 101: How to be the cool mom" to be released in June of 2008.
ASK SKYE

Q: How can someone effectively offer advice & guidence to another if they have never walked a mile within that persons shoes?

A: You can't. One of the biggest problems with psychologists is that they quickly diagnose and or offer solutions or suggestions. My methods are largely based upon my own life experiences, past & present, which help me better to understand my client and have actual empathy.

Q: Why does my teenager avoid speaking to me about certain things?

A: What a lot of parents don't get is that in order to be able to speak with your teen you have to first become friends with your child. Don't expect your teenager to open up to you if in the past rather than hear them out you preached or lectured them. You can easily be a friend and a parent without loosing control. "Kids are people too", as the saying goes, let your child be their own person and do not judge them.

Q: I feel as though I am all alone in this world and that no one understands me.

A: I think at some point in the game we all do. The trick is to first learn more about ourselves, sometimes being alone isn't such a bad thing it helps us re-evaluate who we really are and become better people. There was a time when I felt alone and forgotten and then I realized it was me who was pushing people aside. After re-evaluating things I understood more about why I would push people away and learned how to better let people get closer to me.
